OPEN CALL: 2026 online MA at Arts University Bournemouth

Arts University Bournemouth (AUB) is a leading international Arts University offering specialist education across contemporary art, design, and the creative industries.

Applications are being accepted for our distinct online MAs. These two-year part-time postgraduate degrees are taught by established practitioners and industry professionals and are open to students from around the world. Our online MA courses enable students to balance their work and life commitments while undertaking advanced-level study within a supportive, international online community.

MA Illustration engages with the history and contemporary landscape of Illustration supporting the deepening of practice and sharpening of your creative voice to contextualise your approach and define your place within the illustration industry. MA Illustration, course leader: Mark Pavey.

MA Interior Design will prepare designers from different specialisms across spatial and architectural design for the next stage to rise to the needs of contemporary living with a knowledge of sustainability, inclusivity and design for wellbeing. MA Interior Design, course leader: Sarah Bax.

MA Landscape Architecture Studies develops an understanding of landscapes as interconnected ecological, social, and cultural systems, combing design with intellectual rigour in regard to social equity and sustainable placemaking. MA Landscape Architecture Studies, course leader: Kirsten Tatum.

MA Photography explores photographic practice from fashion to documentary and fine art encouraging thinking through practice in order to respond to the contemporary world and question established modes of photography. MA Photography, course leader: James Elliott.
