MIRAGES XVII

Image

This Ducolux sample card for enamel paint from the ‘60s that is exhibited together with the works of Gerhard Richter, within its apparent simplicity, reminds me through the real barrage of images and information worldwide about art, from classic or alternative Biennals and Art Fairs, to small daily acts, such as the one of Stelios Faitakis as an indication of support to Syrian refugees, that everything exists in the simplicity and the colorfulness that governs it. Precisely where are being built and inhabit our dreams. What else can art represents, despite everyone’s dream to bear life and its difficulties?
